Job description
Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Development Director to lead major gifts fundraising, including capital campaigns, endowments and top sponsorships.
The role develops cultivation strategies, manages a portfolio of top prospects, and collaborates with donors, board members and staff to solicit and close gifts.
Minimum 5 years in fundraising, CFRE encouraged, and a commitment to community relations.
