Job description
ChildFund International seeks a Director II, Philanthropy to lead a high-impact major gifts program and secure six-, seven-, and eight-figure gifts. The role focuses on strategic prospecting, donor engagement, and multi-year commitments across individuals and family foundations.
The position offers a flexible location in the Northeast United States with hybrid work; Richmond-based staff attend two office days weekly. Salary range $135,000-$150,000 annually.
