Job description
Hanwha Aerospace USA seeks a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the manufacturing engineering teams across Cheshire, CT and other sites. This role focuses on strategic planning, process improvement, and implementing advanced technologies to support aerospace components.
You will drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure AS9100 compliance, budgeting, and resource optimization while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative organization.
