Job description
Power Solutions International is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead the manufacturing engineering team in accelerating plant productivity and reducing defects. You will champion lean manufacturing methods, drive cost reduction, and partner with design, quality, and operations to ensure smooth production and scalable automation.
The role reports to the VP of Operations and requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong experience in plant layout, 5S/Kaizen, and NPI.
