Job description
Htprof is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead manufacturing engineering, CNC programming, digital manufacturing, and NPI. This hands-on leadership role guides complex, flight-critical components from customer drawings through first-article acceptance and stable production.
The role drives improvements in production readiness, reduces NPI lead times, and builds a high-performing technical team while developing a long-term digital manufacturing strategy for multiple facilities.
