Job description
Hitachi Global Air Power, headquartered in Michigan City, Indiana, seeks a visionary leader to own fabrication, machining, and assembly operations. You will drive manufacturing plans in alignment with corporate strategy, emphasizing safety, cost, quality, and schedule adherence.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will lead continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering and staff to ensure on-time finishes and optimal plant performance.
