Job description
Rheo Engineering in Peoria, IL, is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to own the shop floor, safety, quality, and on-time delivery for engineered-to-order and standard equipment. You’ll lead a growing trades workforce and report to the COO, driving lean improvements and capacity expansion.
Responsibilities include building frontline leadership, ensuring ASME BPE and cGMP compliance, and partnering with HR and Engineering to scale operations while protecting margins.
