Serve as the welcoming face of Green Hills for prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
Build trusted community relationships that generate qualified leads.
Guide prospects through a meaningful decision while helping Green Hills reach occupancy and revenue goals.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute independent living sales and outreach strategies.
Lead engaging tours, presentations, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts.
Manage leads, referral sources, move-in progress, and reporting.
Partner with internal teams to create smooth, memorable move-in experiences.
What We're Looking For
REQUIRED licensed real estate agent with strong relationship-building skills.
Prefer bachelors degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
Prefer 5 year's of experience in sales, marketing, outreach, senior living, real estate, hospitality, or another service-focused field.
