Job description
NDM Hospitality in Florida seeks a Director, Marketing Technology, Data & Performance to lead CRM, data, and paid media efforts across Rentyl Resorts and the NDM portfolio. Salesforce will be central to turning systems into measurable revenue.
You will own marketing technology, data reporting, and multi-channel performance, managing a multi-million-dollar budget, guiding agencies, mentoring a small team, and collaborating with property marketing, Revenue, and Finance.
