Job description
Altimmune is seeking a dynamic Medical Director to lead Medical Affairs with a focus on MASH, ALD, and AUD as the company advances pemvidutide into Phase 3. The role requires a collaborative leader who can shape medical strategy, drive external engagement, and partner cross-functionally to enable future commercialization.
