Job description
The Director UVACH Medical Group Operations provides operational oversight for the UVA Community Health Medical Group practices, delivering the highest quality, compassionate, accessible care for patients. The Director partners with physician leaders and executive teams in a clinical/administrative shared leadership model to implement strategic initiatives.
The role develops talent, ensures policy compliance, and aligns clinic goals with UVA CH.
