Job description
AbsoluteCare Medical Center & Pharmacy is seeking an Engagement Director to lead member engagement initiatives and drive improved health outcomes in the Eastern Boston area. You will oversee multiple teams focused on New Member Engagement, Social Determinants of Health, Community Health Worker, Member Relations and Resource Specialist, aligning efforts with strategic priorities.
