Job description
Northern California Grantmakers (NCG) seeks an equity-centered, relationship-oriented leader for the Director of Member Engagement to oversee membership, partnerships, and programming that strengthen our focus on addressing inequities and transforming philanthropic practices.
The Director collaborates with the President & CEO, supervises staff, and designs strategies for inclusive member engagement across diverse audiences.
