Job description
YMCA of Florida's First Coast seeks an Association Membership Director to lead a region-wide membership strategy, drive engagement, and improve retention across branches. This role reports to the SVP, Chief Membership and Marketing Officer, and partners with marketing, programs, and operations to build belonging and revenue.
The director will oversee onboarding, membership conversations, and seven-day cancellation saves, while coaching branch leaders and directing member intelligence reporting
