Job description
The YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles is seeking a Membership and Belonging Director to lead membership growth, engagement, and retention at the Monrovia center. You will manage the membership team, drive lead generation, onboarding, and conversion while ensuring a high-quality member experience and strong program connections.
You will recruit, develop, and coach staff, oversee sales performance, and partner with community organizations to expand impact and participation.
