Job description
Dillard's is seeking a Men's Specialized Education Director to design and implement education initiatives for Men's Stylists, Specialists, and Area Sales Managers. You will translate strategy into store-level training, coaching, and communications to enhance product knowledge, tailoring, and selling skills.
You will lead content creation, classroom and digital training, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and superior customer experiences.
