Job description
Cloudbeds, a leader in hospitality technology, is seeking a qualified professional to lead their Mid-Market Onboarding team. This role involves owning onboarding processes for mid-market customers, coaching team members, and ensuring the quality of deployment and training standards.
The successful candidate will have over 7 years in hospitality tech, a strong project management foundation, and effective people management skills. They will also work cross-functionally to align expectations across departments.
Remote-first work culture with competitive compensation of $160,000 to $190,000 annually, plus various benefits including PTO and professional development opportunities.
