Fellowship of Christian Athletes is seeking a Director to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding in designated areas. The director will align with the Regional VP, staff, and boards to execute a ministry plan and live FCA values through disciple-making in sports environments.
The role focuses on spiritual leadership, staff development, donor engagement, and strategic ministry advancement to cultivate disciples who make disciples.
