Job description
The Director of Mission Investment & Communications serves as a strategic and collaborative leader, advancing Piedmont Housing Alliance's mission through resource development, fundraising, communications, and community engagement. As a member of the Stewardship Team, this position plays a key leadership role in shaping organizational strategy, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring the Mission Investment & Communications (MIC) team effectively supports the broader goals and priorities of the organization.
The Director is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that cultivates meaningful relationships with donors, funders, community partners, and stakeholders while overseeing comprehensive fundraising, communications, and grant strategies. Working collaboratively across departments and grounded in Piedmont Housing Alliance's core values of home, justice, respect, hope, and community, this role ensures that resource development and communications efforts are aligned with organizational priorities, elevate PHA's impact, and secure the resources necessary to sustain and advance its mission.
