Job description
AdventHealth in Orlando, FL seeks a mission-driven leader to oversee spiritual care and mission integration across a campus. You will coordinate chaplains, educate staff, and align ministry with patient care, advancing a culture of compassionate service.
You will manage certified spiritual care programs, partner with HR for staff orientation, and nurture relationships with local congregations and community health initiatives. Master’s in Divinity and CPE are required.
