Job description
Buddy's Pizza seeks a Director of Operations to own the performance of 14 full-service restaurants and ~892 team members across the Detroit Metro footprint. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership of two Area Coaches and the Operations & Loss Prevention Manager, with regular travel across the footprint.
You will drive four-wall profitability, guest experience, labor optimization, and standardized operating discipline, reporting to the CEO and shaping the future of our turnaround.
