Florissant Valley Health & Rehab seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services around the clock. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualified candidates hold an RN license, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and bring at least 5 years of nursing management experience. This full-time role offers a competitive package including a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates.
