Job description
OPCO Skilled Management is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services for a 5-star facility. The Registered Nurse will oversee 24-hour operations, ensuring quality care per physicians' orders and regulatory standards.
In the absence of the Administrator, the DON will manage center operations and guide the nursing department. Requires RN licensure in the state, an accredited nursing degree (Assoc/Bachelor), and 2+ years of supervisory experience in long-term or acute care settings.
