Job description
VNACJ Community Health Center in New Jersey seeks a Director of Nursing to oversee clinical care at multiple CHC sites. The DON partners with the Medical Director to maintain high-quality, patient-centered care across ambulatory and on-site services.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of nursing experience, a BSN (MSN preferred), and strong leadership and EHR skills. In-person, full-time role with collaboration across centers and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
