About the Role

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices.

Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and outcomes.

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in home health care.

Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance skills and knowledge.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care strategies.

Monitor and manage nursing budgets and resource allocation.

Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements

Current RN license in the state of Colorado.

Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of home health care regulations and standards.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage and mentor nursing staff effectively.

Experience with patient care assessments and care plan development.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
