We’re seeking an experienced, motivated nursing leader to join our administrative team. The DON plays a key role in shaping policy, improving patient care, and leading nursing practices across the facility.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing all nursing practices and operations
Participating in strategic planning and hospital decision-making
Implementing quality improvement and patient care strategies
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Louisiana Registered Nursing Licensure (RN)
Demonstrated leadership and management ability with a minimum of three to five years’ experience in nursing administration.
Two years’ experience as a director or associate director of a department of nursing.
Current CPR certification
