\ N Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff

\ N Oversee hiring, staffing, and staff development

\ N Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures

\ N Oversee staff performance and nursing follow-up on facility incidents

\ N Assess residents’health needs and support individualized care

\ N Requirements

\ N Current NewYork State RN license

\ N At least 3 years of long-term care experience

\ N At least 2 years of supervisory experience

\ N Strong leadershipand staff supervision skills
