Exciting News! We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Lakeshore in beautiful Cleveland, Wisconsin —and we’re looking for an experienced, compassionate Director of Nursing Operations to lead this brand-new facility.
This is more than a job—it’s an opportunity to build and lead a high-performing clinical team in a state-of-the-art setting dedicated to exceptional inpatient rehab care .
As the Director of Nursing Operations , you will:
Oversee all nursing services , nursing support , and the dietary department
Lead staffing, mentorship, and operational excellence
Ensure safe, high-quality, cost-effective patient care
Serve as the Infection Prevention Practitioner (IPP)
Collaborate with leadership, physicians, and clinical teams to drive results

What You Bring:
RN License (WI)
3+ years of nursing leadership in a hospital setting
CRRN certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 years)
Master’s degree preferred (or in progress)
CPR Certification
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
