Job description
Presbyterian Homes & Services Fairway Knoll in Germantown, WI is seeking a Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator to lead the assisted living clinical team. You will supervise clinical managers, oversee RNs, LPNs and aides, and ensure high-quality resident care aligned with regulations and best practices.
This leadership role requires RN licensure, 3–5 years of nursing leadership, CPR, and strong operations and quality management skills.
