Job description
VitalCore Health Strategies in Flint, MI seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise 24-hour nursing operations at Genese County Jail. Must be an RN with strong leadership and clinical expertise to ensure compliant, high-quality care.
The DON collaborates with the Health Services Administrator and regional leadership, oversees staff training, quality improvement, accreditation readiness, and contract performance, while guiding patient care delivery in a correctional setting.
