Job description
A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Ohio is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its nursing team. As the Director of Nursing (DON), you’ll join a close-knit community where staff and residents know each other by name, with a dedicated team and a resident-centered approach to care. The Director of Nursing (DON) position oversees all clinical operations and sets the standard for quality across the building. Prior nursing home experience is required.

Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and clinical care
Lead, mentor, and supervise the nursing staff
Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team on resident care planning
