Job description
The Salvation Army seeks a Director of Nursing to provide full-time leadership and supervision of nursing programs across DDS sites. You will oversee up to 96 residents, mentor five nurses, and ensure care quality aligns with OPWDD, CMS and DOH standards. Travel to facilities for audits and staff education is required.
You will lead process improvements, coordinate with departmental heads, and maintain rigorous documentation and compliance while delivering compassionate patient care.
