Your Role
Lead, supervise, and support nursing staff
Oversee hiring, staffing, and staff development
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
Oversee staff performance and nursing follow-up on facility incidents
Assess residents’ health needs and support individualized care
Requirements
Current New York State RN license
At least 3 years of long-term care experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
