Job description
A skilled nursing facility in the Gainesville, FL area is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead its clinical team! This is a great opportunity for a strong nursing leader committed to quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Qualifications:
Active Florida RN license
3+ years of nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility
Previous DON or ADON experience preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Current CPR certification
Compensation & Benefits:
$130,000–$160,000 annual salary
