Director of Nursing (RN) - Avir at Hearne
Job Summary:
Avir at Hearne is seeking a dedicated and skilled Director of Nursing (RN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all patient care is provided in accordance with established policies and procedures
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards of care
Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
Maintain accurate records and reports, as well as participate in quality improvement initiatives
Develop and manage department budgets and resources
Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and empathy within the nursing department
Requirements:
Current RN licensure
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
