Job description
Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for a skilled nursing facility in Thermopolis, WY. Relocation is available, and the role focuses on leading the clinical team to deliver exceptional care and hospitality to residents.
The DON will oversee care planning, regulatory compliance, and QA programs while recruiting, coaching, and evaluating staff. A Wyoming RN license and nursing leadership experience in long-term care are required or preferred.
