Experience and Skills
We are seeking an energetic and motivated DON to plan,develop, and direct the overall operation of our Nursing ServiceDepartment in accordance with current federal, state and localstandards, guidelines and regulations which govern our facility.The successful candidate must be an RN with an Ohio license and aminimum of three years long-term care supervisory experience.Applicants must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary toprovide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residentsserved and must possess strong organizational skills, a dynamicleadership approach and ambition to positively impact the lives ofour residents and staff.
