Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Innovate and implement top-notch care protocols
Collaborate on outstanding resident care plans
Drive quality improvement initiatives
Ensure regulatory compliance
Manage staffing, training, and evaluations
Bridge communication between departments, residents, and families
Oversee budget and resources
Requirements:
RN license in Pennsylvania
Experience in nursing leadership, long-term/skilled care preferred
