Job description
$130,000–$200,000/year DOE
A well-established skilled nursing organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing operations in the Mount Kisco, NY area.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
Lead, coach, and develop the nursing team
Monitor quality, clinical outcomes, and compliance
Maintain survey readiness and regulatory standards
Partner with facility leadership to improve care and operations
Qualifications
Active New York RN license
DON leadership experience in skilled nursing/long-term care
Knowledge of NYS regulations and survey requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
