Job description
Mar Vista Country Villa Healthcare & Wellness Centre is seeking a Director of Staff Development RN/LVN to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate the facility’s educational programs for all employees and to support quality assurance and improvement initiatives. The role reports to the Administrator and coordinates with the Director of Nurses.
