Job description
Medical Edge is seeking a Director of Nursing – Emergency Services for a Florence, AL hospital. You will provide leadership for the emergency department, drive patient care standards, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced acute care setting.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN and an Alabama RN license (or eligibility), with at least 5 years of progressive leadership in Emergency Services, budgeting experience, strong analytical skills, and certifications (BLS/ACLS).
