Job description
The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed critical access hospital in Alturas, CA to hire a Director of Nursing (DON) for their Skilled Nursing Facility, with an additional SNF location opening soon. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring the highest level of resident care, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nursing leader who is passionate about long-term care, team development, and operational excellence.
