Job description
Waters of Wakarusa is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee nursing services and the therapy department, ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance around the clock.
Under the supervision of the Administrator, the DON will recruit, supervise, and develop staff; ensure documentation and budgeting, participate in quality assurance and policy development, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
