Job description
Upstate Services Group in New York seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead resident care in an 80-bed facility. This full-time, exempt role requires strategic oversight of nursing staff and 24/7 clinical operations to ensure quality and compliance.
Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree (BSN preferred), at least 3 years in geriatric nursing and 2 years in supervisory roles; DOH survey experience is a plus in this leadership position.
