Job description
Split Rock Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in New York seeks a strong Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing department and uphold high standards of resident care. The DON will work with administration and medical staff to ensure survey readiness and quality outcomes, with a focus on dialysis and vent/trach care in a complex clinical environment.
Ideal candidate has NY RN licensure, leadership experience as a DON/ADON, and a track record of regulatory compliance.
