Job description
Home Health Works in Clearwater, FL seeks a clinically experienced DON to lead our expanding skilled nursing service. You will oversee skilled and non-skilled clinical operations, mentor RNs and LPNs, and ensure AHCA compliance across the agency.
You will also develop referral partnerships with hospitals and VA facilities, manage VA CCN oversight, and drive quality in plans of care and OASIS documentation. This role blends clinical leadership with business development in a growing agency.
