Job description
Millennium Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead our home health clinical services. The role reports to the Executive Director/Administrator and focuses on quality, standards, and mission-aligned care delivery in home health and hospice settings.
The position requires RN licensure in the state, a BSN, and 3 years of management experience in home health. Driver’s license and vehicle are required; full-time onsite work with competitive salary and benefits.
