Job description
Arbor Hills Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care in our skilled nursing environment. You will develop policies, supervise nursing services 24/7, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to drive safety, outcomes, and exceptional care for residents and families.
Missouri RN licensure and 5+ years of nursing management experience are required.
