Job description
Helping Hand Nurse, LLC seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our home health patient care, clinical staff, and financial performance.
The DON will ensure coordination of care, regulatory compliance, and QA/QI initiatives, including participation in OASIS processes and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
Ideal candidates will have an active RN license and proven supervisory experience in home health, with strong computer skills and a commitment to quality patient care.
