8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay
$62 – $64 per hour
Approx. $2,480 – $2,560 per week gross

Licensed for 40 Beds
Current Census: 23 Residents
Primarily office/administrative role
May assist on the floor occasionally
Requirements
Active RN license required
Previous Director of Nursing (DON) experience required
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience required
Leadership and staff management experience required
BLS certification preferred
Responsibilities
Oversee nursing operations within the facility
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care services
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical oversight
Support resident care and facility operations as needed
Maintain communication with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
